Meet Robin

 

Hi, I’m Robin- a fitness enthusiast all my life, starting in high school as a gymnast and on through college. However, it wasn’t until having my daughter in 1995 that I truly understood the importance of balancing hormones and metabolism. I decided to get certified in group fitness and help other new mothers acclimate to their ever changing bodies. Fast forward to midlife (crisis), in learning how to cope with perimenopause, I got certified in female hormones and metabolism. My passion is to inform others of simple tips that can make their lives easier as they navigate the minefield of menopause.
